Issues with the game

So I have been having issues with EA FC 26 since I got the game (Early access and 10 hour access and ultimate edition). At first it was the issue with getting on to the game where all PC players couldn't get on for some dumb reason that I do not know. Then there was issues with the controller where it only stopped working in any game mode if it was 11v11 (even online seasons, no idea for clubs tbh). Then on release day where everyone had access to the game the game was somewhat fixed for a lot of people on PC (I think not sure) and now again we are back to controller lag and inputs no longer working, no matter with the Vsync or any other fix. They say they are working on it but I very much doubt that since if they actually were it would have been fixed by now. The only 2 issues I have seen them fix somewhat quickly are; the login for early access that was fixed after like 2 hours or so and the other one that they fixed very quickly of course involved Points where if you bought them from a different store (can't remember which one tbh) it would be around 10-20 euros for the highest package and of course they fixed that quickly. I want to know if anyone has gotten the same issue as me right now? And if anyone has also gotten a response from EA agents telling them that we will be somehow compensated?
