I've downloaded the trial, and i can't actually play anything.

I've downloaded the free trial im on xbox series X and I can't play ultimate team. Shows 'connecting to ultimate team is not possible at this moment' Haven't tried other game modes as I dont want to waste the trial time. (Probably already wasted 30mins on failed loading attempts.)

Also when you start the game up, and you press 'A' to continue it takes an age to load up the next page. Its been two days like this, whats going on?
