Just got the game and it crashes when I try and launch it

I just got the game and picked my club and got my founder rewards then when I pass those it just freezes I’ve tried restarting my Xbox and quitting the game and restarting same result I don’t know wh...

Tried everything. Also the things Aljo adviced, nothing helps…

Hello. Try following these steps for clearing the personal saved data:

Hit the Guide button on your controller

Highlight the FC 26 icon

Press the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it

Choose Manage game & add ons

Go to Saved data

Delete the file with your gamertag on it
