Just keeps loading doent come on

Hi I downloaded fc26 for £89.99 so I could get to play the game 7 days earlier I have downloaded the game but it's not going passed the loading screen I have been trying for 4 days now please can you help  I've rebooted my Internet and still nothing seems to work
