Keeps saying server is down
I have been having issues with logging in and playing for a week. First I need to spend 30 mins, trying to login.It says the server is down, or I need to be signed in even though I am. Then after the game, it takes 15 mins to get back to the home page. If I don’t wait, I get a DNF message. I’m on a PS5 based in North America. Can u please look into it?
Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's see if a through power cycling of your equipment will help. Please try these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
