Hey there — just to confirm, do you mean you can’t use the keyboard at all, including in the game menus?
Do you have any other USB devices connected at the same time? Also, could you try unplugging everything except the keyboard, then removing the keyboard in Device Manager and reconnecting it (ideally using a different USB port) to see if that helps?
