Kicked out of every game

Every time I play a rivals/champions match, I get kicked out of the game.
The game freezing, and then there comes a message like “ something happened, we will check the result of the game “.

If I was leading the game, the match just going in as a “ not played match “ but still counts as a game on my players, evo’s etc. 

If I was losing the match,  like 0-1 down, then it counts as a losing match.

I can’t enjoy the game like this, and I really don’t know what to do.  First there was no problem, but after 3-4 games in champs, then all of sudden it started, and now, I can’t play a match without getting kicked out… 

Does anyone know what the issue could be ?
