Kicks me to the main menu when I try searching for a game in ultimate team

I can access ultimate team and do everything in the menu like use the transfer market so I’m not banned right? But whenever I try searching for a match in any mode on ultimate team it says “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.” I don’t know why. I can find a game in any other online mode like clubs or seasons.
