lagged out of multiple consecutive Division 1 clubs games

My club was in division 1 on EAFC26 and were on 21 / 22 points for promotion to Elite division and lagged out of game up 5-1 in the 70th and it counted as a loss. Then restart all our games and still lagged out of the next 2 games while winning after half time resulting in two 3-0 forfeits. How do I fix this/ complain to get those games back. Lots of hard work to get to that position and put us down 2 divisions because of it.
