Level 40 Season Pass Zola

Hello EA Support,

I’m having the same issue with the Level 40 Season Pass reward. When I reached Level 40, I was supposed to choose between Zola and a pack, but due to menu lag/input delay, from the collect all feature, the pack was selected before I could choose Zola.

The main reason I bought the Season Pass was for the Zola card. I’ve seen another user in this forum mention that they were able to get their correct player reward restored in a previous Season Pass, so I’m hoping my case can be reviewed as well.

I’d really appreciate any help in resolving this and receiving the correct Level 40 reward.
