Store & SBC crashing constantly

Hi,

Can anyone help please as this is driving me crazy!

My store and SBCs crash all the time, I am unable to open packs or do sbcs with restarting the game every 2 minutes. 
I have tried every single online fix including reinstalling the game. 
my gameplay is fine so it’s only affecting these 2 areas.
