live Career mode not working

Ive spent the last 3 days completing the Ronaldo Nazario pre-order challenge and although I’ve won the champions league back to back the participate in the semi finals category was never fulfilled. Really annoying given I wanted that retro kit. I don’t want to waste my time again on this challenge but would love the kit.
