Loading in UT menu - Triangle of forever loading

Recently, navigating menus in Ultimate Team takes forever, sometimes even more than 10mins and there is literally nothing you can do.

This is so annoying, it makes you take hours to play just a couple games and discourages play. This issue needs to be fixed.

Does anyone know a workaround?
