Log in issues on UT

I cant log into ultimate team on FC 26!!!

I can log in via webapp and companion app but not on console, PlayStation 5.

Error message of "You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more"

EA live chat said there is no fix for this...

ps, my internet connection is fine and i can access other online game.

    I have tried the following and still no solution, some ideas were mentioned by EA live chat:

    • restored game license 
    • cleared console cache 
    • reset console database 
    • reset network router
    • reset network connection
    • change EA user ID 
    • redownloading the game

    I dont think EA care about us man. This has been going for a couple of hrs now. They could at least keep us updated whats going on, but cant find nothing online
