Subject: Technical Issue: Google Play Login Failed & Lost Account Recovery After Update

Hello EA Support,

I am writing to report a serious login issue and request the recovery of my account after updating to the latest FC Mobile version.

My account was linked to my Google Play account, and I used to log in without any issues. However, after clearing my device storage and updating the game, I can no longer log in via Google Play. I constantly receive a "Login Failed" error message.

Please note that I have already tried troubleshooting this on my device. I have cleared the cache and data for both Google Play Store and Google Play Services, and I verified that my Google Play Games app is fully updated and logged into the correct email. Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue, and the login still fails.

Since I cannot access the main menu, I do not know my exact User ID (UID). However, here are my exact device details and complete team composition with player ratings and positions to help you verify and locate my account:
