Loss of Value

Question

I am experiencing repeated crashes in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team on PS5. The game crashes during matches, which results in automatic losses, lost entry fees, and lost in-game currency. This has happened multiple times and makes the mode unplayable.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on Ultimate Team, and I am unable to play a single match without the game crashing. This is causing me to lose progress, coins, and rewards that I paid real money to access.

I need my account reviewed for stability issues and compensation for the coins, entry fees, and match losses caused by these crashes. Please investigate my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hey PureVegasX​,
When are you crashing during your matches exactly? Is it at a random point or just as the match ends, and if it';s the latter, do you get kicked back to the game's main menu?
