Lost 500k coins after purchasing premium pass on companion app
Good afternoon all,
On October 30th 2025, I went to purchase the season 1 premium pass using coins on the fc26 companion app, about 10 minutes before the season ended.
The reason for this is because it was the only time I could afford it with coins.
After attempting to purchase it, I was greeted by an error message. I tried it again and it took my 500k coins and left me with no rewards.
Since then, I have reached out to EA multiple times and was told it is a common problem and is under investigation.
I have been waiting almost a month now to get my coins back and from the looks of things, I probably never will.
I’ve missed out on so much and no have no motivation to even continue. I sold most of my team to raise the 500k coins.
All I want is my coins back and some sort of compensation for wasted time.
