Lost my Ultimate Team club, founding date and loyalty bonus

Logged in today after paying for ultimate edition, plus membership to EA play and was given a random club name with a date founded today. Queried this with the support team, who could not assist in linking my old account back in to fc26. Literally played since 2019, and played with my existing club on FC25 this morning, but now do not have my club. Needs to be looked into!  Will be looking for compensation on the amount paid given I can’t even access my account so any progress it pointless!
