Lost progress
I was playing Division Rivals in Ultimate Team and won the match, but after the final whistle I got the message “Unable to process your request at the moment” and was disconnected from Ultimate Team....

I'm sorry to hear that you lost connection right as the match ended! Was this a once-off, or is this something that happens regularly to you?
We have an article with a few troubleshooting steps you can try to prevent this from happening again. We also have a connection quality tool for some more help troubleshooting.
Also you can see my connection was good for that game, so i dont know what happend, all i know is that i put time and hard work for that streak and win for promotion which do not count..
