Low FPS on Cutscenes and game with RTX 4060

I have proper system for running this game but when i take corner or free kick the fps went down to 30 fps. It is so annoying. How can i fix that?

EA Sports should fix the formation saving feature in FC26's Team Sheet so that it saves 100%. If you exit FC26 and restart the game, it doesn't restore the previously saved formation.
