Web app unable to sign in due to servers connection

I been having a problem with my Webb app I try to log in on my phone from the app and I also open safari and try to login but I can’t it says the same thing on both “Unable to login because they are working on the servers you should try later or on your console or PC” at first it was understandable but it’s been 3 days and I’m getting pissed because I’m not able to play on my Pc account and the only thing I can get now are the sbcs cards or whatever they put and that’s what I been trying to do but I can’t because it won’t let me so I would like to know the solution of my problem so I can make some progress on my PC account
