Low Ping on UT, High ping on clubs

Oh yeah? Like resetting console and modem. Done it. Like removing profile from console and re adding it? Done it. Uninstall the game and reinstall? Done it. Turn on or off 2fa? Tried it. The only mode I can’t access is clubs. But yeah after all that… you might not want to hear it…. But it’s EA, as it always is. It’s embarrassing you guys constantly try to blame your customers for your failures. Oh, and btw… clubs still doesn’t work

Community ManagerUnderstand the frustration kcusack9 but I'm only trying to help. Generally if the issue is game side then we will be seeing a huge number of reports, so with that in mind when we see something like this we need to troubleshoot.
One mode in-game not working does not mean it is game side, connection and ISP are still as likely to be the cause. How your ISP routes your data is a major part of online gaming and with that in mind can you try the steps in the link I shared.
