Match Loss Due to Teammate Disconnect – Request Review/Compensation

 

Hello EA Support Team,

I hope you are doing well

I’m facing an issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 during a Live Event. I had two matches left, and during both games my friend (teammate) disconnected, not me. However, the game counted the two matches as losses for me, and now all my attempts are gone even though the disconnect didn’t come from my side.

Details:

  • Event type: Live Event
  • Remaining attempts before the issue: 2
  • What happened: My teammate got disconnected in both matches
  • Result: Both matches were counted as losses for me
  • My internet was stable, and I did NOT disconnect
  • This has affected my progress in the event unfairly

I kindly request:

  • A review of these matches, or
  • Restoring my lost attempts, or
  • Any form of compensation for the unfair losses

Thank you for your help and understanding.

I hope this issue can be fixed as soon as possible.

    Sorry to hear how this went down when you were just trying to play through an event.

    We can definitely pass along this feedback for how the results are calculated in the event of your teammate disconnecting. I'm afraid we are not able to manually adjust these results, which would include restoring attempts or granting anything for your teammate's actions. 

    If any adjustments are made to how the system currently works, we'll be sure to announce them so everyone is aware. Thanks for taking the time to drop this feedback with us!

    I understand that you can’t manually adjust results, but in my case something different happened.

    One of my own attempts disappeared completely without me losing a match or my teammate disconnecting at that moment.

     

    This wasn’t caused by my teammate — it was my personal attempt that got removed for no reason.

    Could you please check why my attempt was taken away or if this is a known issue?
