MATCHES / RESULTS MISSING ON SEASONS

Hello, 

I am playing seasons and I won 2 games in a row, where my teammate quit. These games and results did not reflect, when I look at my  history it shows as if the game never happened. This is very frustrating, and it’s not the first time this has happened. 

I would love any help I can get, to fix this.
