Matches Unplayable due to stutter/slowmotion on PC.

dude i have higher graphics card, i still lag. Its suddenly worst, today..  n i found out why, its coz they changed the gameplay overnight...the movements of players are different, its not smooth. How they turn, how they run, its changed, sudden acceleration and deaccleration. The iceskating kind of gameplay always causes more lag.
