Menus Crashing/Sky Broadband
I’ve posted about this before (as have many) but still no answers from EA. For over a month the game hasn’t been working and just continually crashes when scrolling the menu and it’s often a task to even get logged on to ultimate team servers. There appears to be no end in sight and EA employees on here continually just say it’s an ISP issue taking no accountability or providing no solutions.
EA_EduEA_AljoEA_Yafo I think I speak for others as well as myself here - how do we go about seeking a refund for the game, points spent etc. You have breached your terms of service and we deserve some accountability and compensation. I expect a response with some sort of direction on how to achieve this.
