Missing 3,500 Season XP from Premium Pass - Stuck at Level 21

Issue Description:

I reached Level 20 in the current season and was supposed to receive 3,500 XP from the Premium Pass reward. However, the XP was never applied to my account.

Because the 3,500 XP didn't count properly, my account is currently sitting at Level 21—which shouldn't be possible, as claims at Level 20 with the Premium Pass boost should have immediately propelled my progress to Level 23 or higher.

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

Restarted the UT multiple times

Restarted Game multiple times 

Reinstalled the game

Played additional matches to earn extra XP in an attempt to trigger a server refresh/sync

The XP is still missing and my progression remains frozen at Level 21. Could a Community Manager or support team member please look into this tracking sync error and help restore the missing XP?
