Missing 4000 points from ultimate edition

I purchased FC 26 Ultimate Edition on 16/10/2025. According to the Ultimate Edition bonus, I should receive 6000 FC points over 3 months. However, I have only received 2000 FC points, even though more than three months have passed since my purchase.

also my account was logged out of fc 26 and all ea games this was in the second month since i bought the game .
What actually happened is that my account got logged out and i tried logging back in but that didn't work i contacted ea support they helped me get the account back the email was changed to another email which wasn't mine.
before this happened i got only 2000 points after this issue happened to my account i didn't get any points
i didn't recieve any points (4000 fc points)
