EA FC 26 ULTIMATE TEAM - CHAMPIONS CHEAT

Hi, I was playing EA FC 26 Ultimate Team mode. When I was playing a Champions match, my rival used hack. All my players had white arrows above them except my one player in the kick-off. The game didn't allow me to change player because of the hack. The name of my rival was "spiritous537pol" as you can see on the SS. I also recorded a video but its size is more than 75mb. 

After a few goals he scored while my players were freezing, I was kicked out the game. But the game gave me lost and connection warning. What will you do to compensate it?
