I purchased all 203,000 FC Points at the same time, before transferring. Most of them transferred to FC 26, but 18,500 are still stuck in FC 25. I didn’t buy any points after the transfer, so why didn’t these 18,500 transfer? I’m sure this is a glitch. Please fix this.
I understand, but this feels really unfair to me. I spent my money and bought around 203,000 FC Points, but after transferring to FC26 I only received part of them. I still have 18,500 stuck in FC25. Now I can’t transfer again and I feel like I’m being punished for something that wasn’t my fault. Please, I really need your help — I just want the points I paid for.
