Community ManagerHey lAlzaidi You can only transfer your FC Points once per account. This means the most recent transaction must have been completed after the previous points were transferred. The system automatically verifies the transaction times.
I understand, but this feels really unfair to me. I spent my money and bought around 203,000 FC Points, but after transferring to FC26 I only received part of them. I still have 18,500 stuck in FC25. Now I can’t transfer again and I feel like I’m being punished for something that wasn’t my fault. Please, I really need your help — I just want the points I paid for.
