Missing inesta SBC

Completed the inesta sbc, can’t find the player in my squad, storage or transfer area. I’ve logged out, restarted the game, checked on the companion app, nothing. What’s the solution to this plz? Anyone? Anyone having the same issue? I’m on the PlayStation platform. I’ve uploaded pics for review. Thanks.
