Missing my pre order conrent

Its been 4 days yet i havent recieved neither the fc points nor the icon pack for my pre order 

And the live chat keeps solving nothing for me over 10 years with the game and they say they have no history that the game is on pre order 

While it shows pre order on my game it self on xbox as shown ❗️
