Missing players in fut

Anyone else have suddenly players missing in fut? Or experienced this in the past? 

(No not put in sbc, transferlist, unassigned, or quicksold). Im also able to proof that the players (some quite long evo chains) are gone without my actions... as I cannot start a new evolution of the same player because it says I have already an evo of that player.

I started to notice this at the end of April, and also contacted EA. Long story short: wow this issue will be elevated with top priority to our devs, see screenshot, but zero communication afterwards...well at least not from EA's side.
