Missing Rewards from Early Access Tournament Win – EA FC 26

Hello EA Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to report an issue I experienced after winning an Early Access tournament in EA FC 26. Although I successfully won the tournament, I did not receive the full rewards that were supposed to be granted.

In addition, I also did not receive the EA Play subscriber reward that should have been delivered to my account.
