Missing Rivals Rewards
Started a game before the rivals reset (it was my last one for rewards) and it ended two minutes after reset but my rewards are nowhere to be found.

my rewards are nowhere too, i wanted to collect them at 9 o clock i pressed x i had the loading sign in the bottom middle and now they are gone i started my pc again i closed fc and opened it but nothing

i dont unterstand how this could go like that i need the coins and players for evos :(

I had the same issue on PS5, and the customer service was frustrating, they kept saying they cant do anything. I worked hard to get to division 3 and finally got there after months of falling short...only for me to go open up my rivals rewards this morning and they give me beginner division 4 awards and say there is a reset. i worked hard for literally nothing. my case # is 239874294 and still no resolution. EA at least give us FC points or packs as compensation instead of us feeling cheated.
