I writing to report that I have not received my Team of the Season TOTS Squad Battles rewards. I participated in Squad Battles and completed the required matches, but the rewards have not appeared in my account

I have already checked the Store, Unopened Packs, and my Club, but the rewards are still missing. Could you please investigate this issue and confirm the status of my rewards
