More than 500 ms input lag in PC online matches FC26

I play on PC. When Rivals match started response is usually ok. 
But in 1-2 min it changes to completely unplayable 500+ ms. You can see this lag in attached video.
The same in Rush.
How to fix this bug?

PS Ping in FC26 usually now is about 45 ms. In FC25 it was better - 25-30 ms
