Multiple UT players stuck on injury status for 3+ months (FC 26, Xbox Series S)

Platform: Xbox Series, Ultimate Team, playing offline (Squad Battles only).
Issue: Three of my Ultimate Team players — Haji Wright (93) and Diego Forlan (90) stuck showing "1 game left," and Pulisic stuck showing "3 games left" — have not healed in roughly 3 months. The counters never actually clear, even after playing multiple Squad Battles matches with them in my squad. They remain unusable the entire time.
What I've already tried:
- Fully restarting the game and console (not just suspending)
- Checking the FUT Web App and Companion App to see if status differs there — same result
- No healing consumables currently in my club to force-clear the injuries manually
This is affecting multiple different cards, not just one, so it seems like a broader bug rather than an isolated glitch. Has anyone else experienced this, or found a workaround/fix? Any guidance from EA or other players would be appreciated.
