My FC Points from the early access purchase haven't arrived in my account.

I purchased FC26 Ultimate Edition with early access in 16 july. The first FC points were credited to my account, but the last two hasn't been. I played the game for a few weeks then i had a fight with my wife and i deleted the game. Last week i download it again but there was 0 fc points on my account. I saw a notification on my companion app about taking early access fc points but i couldnt have them. Help me please
