PS5 | My game has been unplayable for a month

It takes 3-4 tries to get into the UT menu and once I am in, the menu is extremely slow while switching. It gets stuck and shows an error, then I have to login again. After 15 mins, when I finally am able to play a game, 1/3 times, it disconnects
