Ps5 menu bug

Ever since last update my game in the menu has been unplayable due to it constantly kicking me out when I’m trying to open packs do sbc or even change my team however when I go into a game my internet is fine and when I play other games my internet is fine please can you help so I can enjoy the menus as now it freezes every second
