I know, when I open the link it takes me to this screen. I scroll to the bottom and click 'Contact Us'; then it opens the second attached form, I fill it out and click 'Send

I have filled out this form at least 5 or 6 times but nothing seems to happen. When I open the website, there is no other way to contact you besides this. Can you help me open a case? It really seems impossible from my computer.
