My game doesn't let me to go after the screen "New settings file"

My game literally block the key for save my settings file, every other keybind is fine, either on keyboard or gamepad. I try to repair the game and nothing, i try to search in appdata-local but there isnt EA SPORT FC 26. Anyone can help me?
