my game is crash after 2 min from start it...

as i said, my game crash after i run it on steam => EA App

i did everything really i delete EA App then reinstall it + steam aswell  i delete the game 3 or 4 times then download it again , i did all the updates on windows + nvidia graphic card (ALL UPDATES) , i do repair the EA AntiCheat , uninstall reinstall + i lowed my performance.

this is new PC i just buy it 3 days ago but i reallly can't play the game
