My game keeps moving in slow motion despite me playing on medium and low

Every time i start a match my players move extremely slow.  my pc i within the recommended specs but i am hardly able to play online or offline because of this slow-motion thing these are my specs pl...

I had the same issue too but currently  the only solution is to change your Vsync to 50% or turn it off if you have a good monitor.
