Hi there. I'll help try to find out why you keep disconnecting. First, please run the Connection Quality Report and post a screenshot of the results. Thanks!

hi the so called community manager. same problem as the guy above. can't connect to ea server today and several dc for the past several days. attached the screenshot of my connection quality report.
