I purchased the points from instant-gaming.com
I've also contacted their support regarding this problem. They guaranteed me that all their codes are obtained legally and official. I've also used their website countless times in the past to get some points and I never ran into any issues. They were able to verify that the codes I bought on their platform were used by me which is why they're unable to help me further and redirected me to contact the EA Support.
Sorry to say spyroooooooooooo but if you purchased from an unauthorised retailer then there is nothing that we can do to assist if there are issues with the codes.
The site you used is not a trusted seller and as such any issues with purchases from them need to be addressed to their support.

But there wasn't any issue with the code. I was able to redeem them in the EA App and it said that the code was redeemed successful. When talking to the EA Support I recieved a response that there's not anything missing from my account (which is wrong) and when talking to the live chat I was told that this is a issue which multiple people are having.

Sorry if you were misinformed spyroooooooooooo but if you purchase points from unauthorised retailers and there are issues then our team cannot assist you. A lot of these sites sell codes purchased with stolen credit cards and these codes get disabled.
All we can do is recommend that you speak with the retailer as there is nothing we can do to assist further.

So all the things the Live Chat Support told me was a lie? They told me that they recognized that I redeemed the codes and that I didn't receive the points that I should've. They also told me that they forwarded the issue to the team since they received multiple reports that there was a issue and that I would receive my points once the issue was resolved
