No Access to Web/ mobile apps?
I’m a new player to the EA FC franchise. Before FC 26, I had fewer than 10 hours in FC 25. I purchased the Ultimate Edition of FC 26, and this is my first time playing Ultimate Team.
There are no other EA accounts on my device that play. I’ve been playing consistently for about a week and a half, logging at least three Division/ Rivals matches every day. I’ve also been logging into both the Web App and Companion App daily, and I’ve completed and claimed the rewards for the New Beginnings and Venturing Out objectives.
Despite meeting these requirements, I still don’t have access to the Transfer Market on the Web App or Companion App. I do have access to the Transfer Market on my Xbox, so my account isn’t fully restricted.
I simply want to be able to buy and sell players while I’m away from home, just like I can on my Xbox. Can you please review my account and let me know why web and mobile Transfer Market access hasn’t been unlocked yet?
