Since Hong Kong time Feb 21 afternoon, unable to go into ultimate team, saying “you have lost your online connection. Check your home network…….”, while i keep checking the internet connection is fine and connection to PS network from console is good. Please help as I already lost the time to complete objectives and deadlines…..thanks
Exact same situation, unable to connect FC26 server but fine with FC25. Definitely got issue on EA’s end. Please fix asap.
Same here. Try everything mentioned. PS5 works perfectly with every game I have (including FC25), except for connecting to the FC26 EA server.
The problem does not occur in all players in Hong Kong. Just PCCW/HKT (ISP) user got this problem.
I checked several similar posts on the EA forums, and there doesn't seem to be an official reply yet.
Same issue in Hong Kong, I have mentioned this problem in the forums yesterday. However, no reply from EA. I am very disappointed and will consider my future playing in EA games. Please solve this problem ASAP EA.

What I've tried:
Verified internet and PS+ are working.
Restarted router and console multiple times.
Updated system/game.
NAT Type 2, tried both Wi-Fi and wired.
Deleted and reinstalled the game -
still not working.
I had email to EA
Still no reply ,no fix
I'll reconsider my support for EA products

I've been unable to play FC 26 for days, and tons of Hong Kong players can't get in either. Come on, please fix this already!
